Martina Connolly joined Belfast One as Chief Executive Officer in 2024, leading the organisation's strategic direction and representing the interests of around 700 businesses across Belfast city centre. She works closely with businesses, public sector partners and key stakeholders to drive investment, influence positive change and ensure Belfast remains a vibrant, welcoming and successful city centre.

Eimear joined Belfast One in 2020 and is the organisation's Operations Manager. She leads the delivery of projects that enhance Belfast city centre, working closely with Belfast City Council, the City Centre Beat Policing Team and other key partners to improve cleanliness, safety and the overall city centre experience for businesses, workers and visitors.

Outside of work, Eimear is a keen runner and has completed 21 marathons, including New York, London and Berlin, while raising almost £15,000 for charity.

Karen joined Belfast One in 2019 as Business Engagement Officer. She works closely with levy payers, building strong relationships with businesses across the city centre and leading Belfast One's business engagement programme. Karen also manages the successful Belfast City Centre Gift Card and coordinates a programme of workshops and training opportunities.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys yoga, Reel Aerobics, travelling and cheering on Larne FC.

As Marketing & Projects Support Officer, Claire plays a key role in delivering Belfast One's marketing campaigns, events and city centre projects. From creating digital content and managing social media to supporting project delivery, she helps showcase everything that's great about Belfast city centre.

Outside of work, Claire loves exploring Belfast's coffee spots and travelling.

Lynn is Belfast One's Administrative Assistant, managing the organisation's day-to-day finances and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From processing payments and managing levy collections to supporting financial reporting, Lynn plays a key role in keeping Belfast One operating efficiently.

Outside of work, Lynn is a keen golfer and enjoys competing in tournaments at the weekends.

Clare is Belfast One's Business Support Executive, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the organisation. She supports the Chief Executive and the wider team, coordinating governance, finance, administration and business operations while helping deliver projects, events and initiatives that benefit Belfast city centre.

Outside of work, Clare enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and trying new recipes. She also loves travelling and exploring new places, creating special memories with her loved ones.

Charlie joined Belfast One as Marketing & Events Manager in 2026. She leads the organisation's marketing, communications and events programme, delivering campaigns and experiences that promote Belfast city centre, support local businesses and drive footfall. Working with a range of partners, Charlie helps showcase everything Belfast has to offer through high-profile events, digital marketing and strategic communications.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys trail running, sea swimming and discovering great places to eat and drink around Belfast.
